Your Meaningful Purpose
We are currently seeking an Account Manager for Industrial End Users (M/W) based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Your role will be pivotal in leading our customer development efforts towards driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. Achieving these objectives requires a strategic development and proactive approach towards account management. It's your DNA to excel in customer satisfaction, strategic planning and driving our overall value proposition to enhance the economic-, sustainable- and/or operational profile of (y)our customers.

Who You Are:
If you're ready to take on this challenge, we are looking for a skilled account manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should possess strong organizational and strategic skills, be eager to win, and excel at building bridges across departments. A bachelor or master's degree in Sales and account management (or similar) with at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment is ideal. Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English are required, along with mobility to work from our entity in the Netherlands.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager:
- You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth.
- Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, identifying upselling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and leading contract negotiates.
- Your role will give you autonomy and varied opportunities to overcome challenges of an international growing organization. Open your career to functional, geographical, and hierarchical mobility opportunities.
Your Strengths and Skills:
Adaptability, strong communication, problem-solving, perseverance, and a passion for continuous learning are essential attributes for this role. Proficiency in English and/or Dutch, prior commercial experience, and familiarity with CRM systems are also important.
