As the Strategic Operations Lead of US Established Products, you will serve as Chief of Staff playing a critical role in ensuring the success and efficiency of the EP portfolio. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize operations, and act as an overall project manager will be essential.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Established Products to align strategic initiatives across the entire portfolio with regular reports of all key projects.
  • Prioritize projects, ensuring they are in line with business goals and resource availability.
  • Create compelling content for leadership business reviews, including presentations, reports, and summaries. Synthesize complex information into concise, impactful messages.

Project Management:
  • Oversee all ongoing projects within the Established Products division utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project updates, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate potential risks related to projects, resource allocation, and timelines. Develop mitigation strategies to address any challenges.

Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and operational streamlining.
  • Implement best practices to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data on project performance, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Management:
  • Interact with department heads, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts.
  • Influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Use partnership, relationship-building, and collaboration to navigate complex tasks.

About you
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of project management tools within industry (Jira-Confluence-Smartsheet) and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

    The salary range for this position is $140,625.00 - 187,500.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
