Overview of the Role:
Our Workplace Innovation Team continuously experiments with new spaces, technology and programs to create environments that are not only productive but also engaging, inclusive, and supportive of overall well-being.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing workplace pilots. You'll help test and deploy innovative approaches to our physical spaces, digital tools, and overall employee experience. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and effective execution of diverse workplace experiments-enabling data-driven decisions that lead to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of workplace pilots that evaluate concepts in workplace design, technology, and employee experience programs.
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, comprehensive schedules, and communication plans for each pilot. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, dependencies, and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Support project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure, ensuring meticulous alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Assist in summarizing insights and recommendations for leadership presentations and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders; including, but not limited to: internal Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Business Technology (IT), Employee Success (HR), Legal, and Global Safety & Security.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Design, or a related field-OR equivalent practical experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or junior project manager role, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently in a dynamic and cross-functional setting.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive and flexible mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience coordinating projects specifically related to workplace design/strategy.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative, or M&A-driven environment where rapid learning and reporting are valued.
- Deep understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals.
The successful candidate will likely possess a unique combination of project management and organization skills with a keen eye to business objectives and strategy.
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
