Salesforce Automation, Integration, and API Management business unit (MuleSoft) serves enterprise customers by providing platforms & tools to develop, deploy, run, and manage their business artifacts including applications, APIs, automations, flows, integrations, etc. The MuleSoft Anypoint Runtime Platform and Monitoring products team is responsible for delivering most Trusted (Secure, Available, Scalable, Performant) and Easy-to-Use Cloud & Hybrid Runtime Platforms and Monitoring products for enterprise users to deploy, run, manage, and monitor Millions of business artifacts, and thus enable the enterprises to transact their business 24/7 in live production. The team is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager with the below key required skills:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated progressive growth in PM career at enterprise software technology companies. Prior to being a PM, having years of experience in Engineering or Tech Consulting or equivalent roles is a plus.
  • Track record of building/delivering enterprise grade runtime management platform services at scale for cloud-native and/or hybrid cloud architectures. Knowledge and interest of the public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) and Hybrid cloud ecosystem with expertise in relevant PaaS & containerization services as well as data technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge in designing and delivering secure, highly available, scalable cloud platforms / services
  • Strong Platform user experience / design sense.
  • Experience in envisioning, building, and delivering software platforms/products to enterprise customers, and being involved in driving GTM strategy, pricing, adoption, usage, and EOL through the product lifecycle.
  • Strong vision, roadmapping, and execution abilities to build innovative software platforms and products of value to enterprises tapping into their technological needs to transact business with their customers with ease.
  • Leadership presence, with abilities to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders/sponsors and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully working with and influencing teams of PMs, engineers, architects, security, UX, sales/distribution, customer success, support, marketing, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, and evangelizing product vision, strategy, and roadmap to sponsors and enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge in MuleSoft or equivalent Integration and API management products and markets is highly beneficial but not required.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
