We are looking for a Sr. Mgr of Corporate Strategy to join the Corporate Strategy team to help drive activation and alignment of our top Corporate Strategy initiatives: Edition & Bundling Programs, New Contracting and "Price Getting" projects, along with building frameworks to accelerate our monetization strategy.

In this role, the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy will work cross-functionally to deliver projects with Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, Digital Wallet, GTM Strategy, AEs, and T&P teams to establish and own deliverables and an operational rhythm that increases transparency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cross-stakeholder Corporate Strategy projects, operational strategy and operational frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Own a consistent structure/cadence to drive alignment, decision-making, and accelerate growth.
- Build and deliver a framework to measure Corporate Strategy projects and track ACV uplift, productivity, and overall impact.
- Enable key strategic initiatives through focused guidance and training for Deal Desk, renewals OUs, etc.
Required Skills & Experience
- A related technical degree required.
- Deep experience working with Salesforce Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, GTM Strategy, and T&P teams.
- Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and continual improvement.
- Ability to dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate strategic decisions, direction, and communications based on changing priorities.
- Ability to work well with executives; lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; ability to translate complex concepts, data, and product information into clear, concise and unified messaging.
- No ego. Extremely collaborative. Bias towards action.
- 5+ years in CRM Industry.
- 8+ years experience in a combination of strategy, operations, process delivery, program/project management, consulting, product marketing, marketing, or comms.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700.
