This pivotal leadership position sits at the confluence of product innovation, Media industry expertise, market strategy, and commercial execution. You will be accountable for driving (1) ACV (Annual Contract Value) and pipeline growth for Media Cloud in new product areas, and (2) Adoption of the product amongst our current customers leading to increased retention, ensuring its successful market adoption and sustained expansion.
The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with a strong intuition for product strategy and a bias for action, who thrives on navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, aligning executive collaborators, and thinking globally. You possess a profound understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry-including realities like fragmented sub-verticals where one size doesn't fit all, and critical trends like global economic conditions and headwinds driving decreasing ad revenues and increasing churn rate in subscribers, emerging media converts like retail market networks and Travel & Hospitality, and the evolving customer experience expectations with the increased embedding of AI in the consumer consumption flow.
The Media Cloud team leverages Salesforce Products to cater to the Media & Entertainment industry needs. In many situations, there are use cases that are white spaces, not covered by current Salesforce products. Media Cloud shines in those scenarios where we would create and deliver products that cater to those white spaces for our customers. We're leading the way in innovation with things like AI, Data, Agentforce and Automation within the Media industry. Join Salesforce to be a part of the team that's bringing the #1 AI CRM for Media to help businesses automate Media processes with CRM data and improve every experience across Customer 360.
