クラウドセールス本部はセールスフォース• ジャパンの営業組織でソリューションカットで営業活動を行う製品統括本部に属する製品営業部門になります。
Service Cloud、Platform、Agentforce、Revenue Cloud、SPMなど各ソリューションの専門家集団として、各顧客担当の営業組織と協働してビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。

Role Description:
エンタープライズ領域(RTL/CRE/CPG/PRSV/GB//MM)及びCBU RGNに対して、L1 Service Cloudライセンスビジネスの最大化に注力していただくセールスマネジメントのポジションになります。
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、アライアンス部門、パートナー様等と協調しながら推進します。

Service Cloud AE / Service Cloud AE Manager とは:
特定アカウントにフォーカスしたエンタープライズ営業に対して、Service Cloud AEは製品軸で担当する業界/地域のビジネス成長を実現する営業職となります。
Service Cloud AEは目の前の商談をクローズするための営業スキルを磨くことはもちろん、担当するテリトリー全体を俯瞰的な視点で捉えてビジネスを進めていく経験ができます。
今回のマネージャーポジションは上記のAEを統括すると共に、部門方針/戦略の策定と推進• フォーキャスト• 商談マネジメント• ピープルマネジメント• 採用活動• 他部門との調整を行うロールになります。

Basic Requirements:

  • エンタープライズアプリケーションの営業経験
  • 課題解決型の提案営業経験
  • ビジネスチャンピオンからCレベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様との卓越したカスタマーマネジメント経験
  • 目標達成のためのプランニング経験
  • 商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験

Preferred Requirements:

  • 口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル
  • ビジネスアプリケーションのエヴァンジェリストとして講演等をした経験
  • Salesforceを活用した提案経験
  • Salesforceを活用した営業マネジメント経験
  • ビジネス英語
