The Sr. Analyst of Workplace Experience and Global Real Estate Strategy will be a key member of the Global Real Estate Strategy team within the Real Estate and Workplace Services organization (REWS). This individual will focus on strategic program, portfolio and operational management as Salesforce optimizes its real estate and workplace environments around the globe. This high impact role will support our portfolio planning efforts including the development of portfolio optimization scenarios and long range budget alignment models. The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of real estate, financial, and analytical skills to optimize our global real estate and workplace environments, enhancing the connection and experience for all employees.

This individual will report to the Director of Global Real Estate Strategy and will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Connection and Workplace Experience to elevate the workplace experience through pivotal initiatives.

Responsibilities


  • Support the development of data-driven strategies focused on the advancement and innovation of workplace connection and experience, in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate across all parts of the business, including Finance, Real Estate Leadership Team, and Employee Success, to understand and meet the needs of a dynamic workforce.
  • Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to monitor and report on the health and effectiveness of our global real estate portfolio, with an emphasis on promoting a connected and engaging workplace.
  • Support the implementation of scenario planning models for leadership decision-making, focusing on optimizing workplace environments for enhanced employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations that articulate strategic real estate initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations, with a focus on improving workplace connection and experience.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support for cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace experience.

Requirements: Experience and Key Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and scenario planning, with a strong focus on workplace experience and real estate strategy.
  • Validated ability to adjust quickly on scenario analysis and lead multiple high-visibility projects, prioritizing initiatives that enhance workplace connection and experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments to gather data and feedback on workplace experience initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of creating engaging executive-level presentations that effectively communicate the value of workplace experience strategies.
  • Proficiency in building complex models and using tools like Google Slides to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a service-oriented attitude and a commitment to enhancing the workplace environment.
  • Flexible and comfortable pivoting quickly on scenario analysis; ability to run multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
  • Experience working in a results-driven, solutions-oriented, and fast-paced environment with contending priorities
  • Effectively collaborate across multiple teams within Real Estate to gather data collection and analysis requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on theValues & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • 3-5 years experience in a combination of Real Estate, Finance, Workplace and Consulting experience with a track record of success preferred

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,200 to $150,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
