Job Description
Run provisioning and quote-to-cash systems for Salesforce Business Technology. We are driven by our core values - Trust, Customer Success, Innovation and Agility. We oversee technology strategy, customer and partner enablement, applications engineering, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise operations, architecture, and program enablement. We manage a complex and multifaceted Salesforce implementation and enable our global team to do their best work by leveraging our platform.

Product Manager, Provisioning
The Product Manager for Provisioning will contribute to product strategy and decision support for a cross-functional team in partnership with leaders across Salesforce Clouds and business units. Drawing from a deep knowledge-base in provisioning or quote-to-cash systems, this position will unify our provisioning strategy, and work closely with partners to enhance Trust with our customer and streamline their business. This individual will contribute to the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for several areas of the provisioning platform, and partner with Business Technology, Technology Core Teams, and M&A stakeholders on strategies for net new and in-flight strategic programs and feature enhancements. Projects will include large-scale initiatives around multi-cloud solution selling as well as enhancements and automation for M&A provisioning systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create epics, user stories, roadmaps, burn-down, change management, and other success activities to ensure successful Go-Live.
  • Collaborate on M&A and Q2C data frameworkspromoting agile, iterative practice to migrate complex acquisitions and cross-entity collaboration.
  • Define gaps in our current policies and processes. Look for ways to simplify current and future processes with an eye toward automation.
  • Define product and business capability KPIs (short and long term) and provide regular updates to the Business and Workstream Leads on progress.
  • Use data analysis to determine strategy to advance operations for customers in all segments and provide analysis on how to move the segments across capabilities and technology paths to reach business outcomes.
  • Support data deliverables for decision support and operational processes and system and process implementations for Salesforce Core systems integration strategies; this includes project management responsibilities
  • Design and build out strategy key performance indicators and Tableau reporting toolkits for the product team implementing the new Salesforce Revenue Cloud offering with a goal to directly influence and inform Salesforce product development strategy and features.
  • Create data visualizations & reports that help teams with planning and project execution; Provide timely and accurate reporting to a variety of teams, on a range of topics.
  • Participate in program reviews (deep dive into current state of project goals, risks, escalations) in whatever forum required; anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency which prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional experience in analytics or relative enterprise software/product management experience at an enterprise technology company
  • 2+ years of quote-to-cash experience in Product or Operations role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile methodologies
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus in a cross-functional environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent self-management practices and an independent thinker; exceptional work ethic; self directed and resourceful
  • Proven project execution skills with a strong desire to document best practices and process improvements

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with licensing and provisioning or quote-to-cash processes and systems
  • Experience with Salesforce technology
