The South Asia Enablement team drives business success by managing key enablement programs and delivering impactful learning experiences. About the role:

This dynamic, action-oriented team is looking for an organised, hands-on Partner Enablement Practitioner (PEP) with a passion for training to enable and support our Salesforce partners in reseller processes and best practices. This role will be critical in equipping partners with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to drive successful resell motions, ensuring they can effectively position and sell Salesforce solutions while maintaining seamless customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reseller Enablement: Train partners on prospecting best practices, product positioning, negotiation strategies, selling conversations, mutual success plans, the Salesforce advantage, and the Salesforce elevator pitch.
  • Sales Acceleration: Enable resellers to effectively position and sell Salesforce solutions, focusing on deal qualification, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
  • Collaboration with Alliances & Channels: Work closely with the Alliances and Channels teams to design, operationalise, and execute reseller enablement programs.
  • Localised Content Adaptation: Tailor global and regional training content to address reseller-specific needs, including pricing strategies, market dynamics, and sales tools.
  • Training & Workshops: Lead in-person and virtual sessions on Salesforce reseller processes, customer engagement, deal structuring, and value-selling methodologies.
  • Enablement Logistics Management: Oversee scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting to measure program effectiveness.
  • Expert-Led Learning: Leverage subject matter experts to enhance reseller capabilities, covering product knowledge, industry insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Play Execution: Guide partners on using Salesforce playbooks, mutual success plans, and AI-driven insights to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Enable partners to drive seamless customer experiences from pre-sales to deal closure, ensuring a structured and repeatable process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across internal teams, including Alliances & Channels, Partner Sales, and Product Marketing, to create a cohesive partner experience.
  • Impact Measurement: Track and analyse reseller enablement effectiveness using predefined metrics, leveraging insights to refine and optimise programs.
  • Communication & Process Alignment: Ensure partners stay informed and aligned through structured communication, tools, and enablement resources.

Target Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Reseller Enablement, Channel Sales, or a related Partner Enablement role.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (both languages required).
  • Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions focused on reseller sales, deal execution, and partner growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, partner sales motions, and the reseller ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including value-based selling, competitive positioning, and negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor enablement content for different partner roles, from sales representatives to business leaders.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools and their application in sales process optimisation, deal intelligence, and partner success.
  • Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Alliances, Partner Sales, and Marketing teams to drive reseller success.
