Salesforce is looking for a dedicated visual storyteller to round out a high-performing communications team. The Creative & Communications Manager will design inspiring and engaging presentations, and other compelling marketing collateral, to elevate the brand and storytelling of Salesforce Field Readiness internally and externally. This role is executive-facing and will equip leaders to engage and mobilize our Global Distribution audience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong creative/design skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Director, Communications.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling slide presentations for executive audiences and priority company moments/events in the Salesforce brand voice
- Directly interact and support leadership team with storytelling and design needs for executive meetings, customer meetings and events
- Create design assets for printed materials and digital campaigns
- Ensure all designs are aligned to company brand, and maintain Field Readiness team design guidelines, templates, and enablement resources
- Engage and collaborate effectively with internal content partners and external agencies as needed
- Provide creative direction and strategy for program teams, learning designers and outside freelance designers
- Develop and maintain a visual asset library to efficiently enable the broader Enablement team, with assets tailored for executive content
- Drive creative alignment between Field Readiness and Marketing
- Manage ad hoc design requests as needed for leaders or executive programs
- Turn data-heavy content into clear, engaging visuals that help drive understanding and retention. Design charts, infographics, and data storytelling elements that make insights accessible to executive audiences
- Collaborate closely with internal communications partners to bring clarity, polish, and visual impact to employee-facing messages
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
- 8+ years design, marketing and/or comms experience, preferably in a corporate comms or agency role
- Experience in executive presentation/slide design is required
- Skilled at designing high-impact, polished presentations with Google Slides and Keynote
- Ability to distill complex subject matter, visually express a comprehensive enablement narrative, and tailor messages to specific audiences
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal); will be detail-oriented, results-driven, cross-functional managerial, organizational, and exceptional project management skills
- Collaborative and agile teammate that can work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and curiosity about project management best practices
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers
- Ability to work with executive leadership, peers and key stakeholders across multiple organizations, geographic regions and/or cultures

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
