Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead, QA in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Create Test artifacts including Test Plan, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports. Collaborate closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results. Lead test team in translating business requirements to test cases and test scripts. Manage a QA Analyst through all Phases of Testing - (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project. Lead internal defect triage calls. Assist customer with SIT/UAT planning as needed. Assist with UAT defect triage calls. Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer stakeholders via status/metrics reports. Document and communicate QA-related risks to Project Management. Interact, communicate, and follow through with development and customer teams throughout testing phase. Adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day-to-day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality. Create and execute manual test scripts, based on customer requirements. Identify gaps in user experience and usability of implementation. Perform and report on regression testing at regular intervals throughout a project. Keep test scripts current and up-to-date, based on changes to requirements. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Applications, Commerce or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) API Testing; (2) JIRA; (3) Functional and User Acceptance Testing; (4) Regression Testing; (5) Q Test; (6) End-to-end Testing; (7) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Testing; (8) HTML; (9) Confluence; (10) SQL; (11) Test and Defect management; and (12) AMPScript. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.
Salary: $135,741.00 - $158,400.00 per annum.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $135,741 to $158,400.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $135,741 to $158,400.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $135,741 to $158,400.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $135,741 to $158,400.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
