We're hiring for Product Owner, Senior Product Analyst for our Business Technology org. This is a Backend Product Owner role on the Data team that does data management, data quality, governance, migration and Analytics!

A qualified Product Owner will apply professional concepts to understand key sales and revenue motion to determine data elements that are essential from customers/partners point of view. PO should be fluent with technical data competence expected under the responsibilities and experience section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Data Analysis using Relational Database (PostgreSQL) data sets and queries
  • Collaborate with source and target organizations to identify field mappings to drive relationships across Salesforce organizations while improving Data quality using Salesforce toolsets and data mapping techniques
  • Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) for select datasets within the Salesforce Org
  • Management and maintenance of the data platform, data sets, reports and associated Heroku/Snowflake/Data Cloud/Force.com/Tableau applications
  • Document existing as is and future data process and collaborate with multi-functional teams towards automation of manual operational activities
  • Rise towards becoming an SME for multi-functional and cross-Org reporting and dashboarding use cases
  • Translate the product manager's strategy into actionable tasks and execution of those requirements
  • Represents user in delivery teams by thoroughly understanding user needs, challenges and problem statements
  • Partners with delivery teams continuously to focus on work completion
  • Defines the sprint plan, prioritizes the sprint backlog and adapts based on changing circumstances
  • Breaks down epics to write user stories in user's voice in the smallest possible increment, with clear acceptance criteria, according to agreed-upon conditions with the engineering team and architect

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery team backlog health - backlog has well-defined user stories that are organized into the accurate hierarchy
  • Represents stakeholders and customers voice for the delivery team
  • Creates, refines and prioritizes the backlog of user stories
  • Align feature delivery with product vision and roadmap
  • Responsible for preparing clear users stories for the team to estimate story points for during backlog refinement
  • Responsible for creating a sprint plan according to team capacity and swapping out user stories mid-sprint if unplanned work must be brought in to sprint
  • Responsible for keeping engineering team as efficient and productive as possible by constantly maintaining a highly organized, well-groomed backlog of work items that match the agreed-upon conditions of new work: reusable common components, low-customization, highly scalable, and user-centric design
  • GUS familiarity: (Grand Unified System)

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner/Data Product Analyst or similar role
  • Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast-paced, high-pressure global workplace across Asia Pacific and Americas.
  • Able to work well cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to provide analysis and insight based on partial information along with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills by using company used tools/processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate optimally with different levels


  • Technical Skill: Minimum technical experience with

    • Relational Database Concepts, SQL hands-on experience
    • Mulesoft
    • Python
    • Tableau/Tableau CRM
  • A related technical degree required

Preferred technical experience/skills:

  • Salesforce Account-centric Data Model
  • Heroku, force.com and Snowflake Experience
  • Salesforce the latest data and AI products such as Data Cloud and Einstein AI suite
