Salesforce has an internship position to help support our Field Marketing operations in EMEA Growth Markets. This position will report directly to the Demand Generation Marketing Manager.
The perfect candidate will be a people-person, a strategic problem solver, and a highly collaborative individual who is passionate about creating memorable and inspirational moments for our customers and sales and marketing stakeholders. This person must be a brilliant communicator with a creative and strategic multi-task approach, and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing marketing operations and administration, including campaigns set up, landing page creation, communications, reports, etc.
- Manage Splash campaigns/pages for events, including list pulls, design, and email deployment
- Develop and analyse reports and dashboards for field event programs, providing insights to the team for better planning and execution
- Supporting strategic events preparation (audience generation, communication strategy, follow up) and delivery in our key markets
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field marketing efforts with business objectives
Minimum Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with an expected to graduation in 2026.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Must be eligible to enter into a curricular Convenzione di tirocinio (internship agreement) with their university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
