You'll lead a team of five program managers and work closely with the Sales & Service Cloud CMOs and the Product Marketing leadership team. This role is key to aligning and enabling collaboration across teams and driving operational excellence across planning, budgeting, creative execution, and more. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, self-starter who's equally comfortable with high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution, capable of moving initiatives forward with clarity and minimal direction.
Product Marketing Strategy
- Partner with the Sales & Service Cloud CMOs to identify and solve critical business challenges, optimize operations, and tackle emerging priorities
- Lead & develop a quarterly V2MOM (Salesforce's strategic planning framework)
- Planning process and track progress against strategic goals
- Drive quarterly and annual planning efforts, including project prioritization, headcount needs, and budget forecasting
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to address business gaps and deliver impact
- Attend team meetings across functions to ensure alignment and continuity
Operational Excellence
- Own budget management across the organization, ensuring clear prioritization and optimal allocation of funds
- Define operational cadences and forums for reviewing key metrics and business health
- Help align leadership to develop executive-level presentations and reporting on performance and priorities
- Oversee execution of strategic marketing programs, including digital, creative, and web initiatives
- Lead change management efforts-streamline ways of working and building team buy-in
Communication, Collaboration & Culture
- Facilitate alignment across leadership teams, enabling clear decision-making and joint accountability
- Build and maintain communication rhythms to keep teams informed, focused, and connected to top priorities
- Review employee feedback (e.g., survey results) and co-create action plans with leadership
- Lead onboarding and resource sharing to help new team members ramp quickly and feel embedded in the culture
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of marketing operations or program management experience
- Hands-on ability to create succinct, data-informed executive presentations.
- Ability to influence and deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple channels: Slack, email, 1:1, large group settings, and others.
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives
- Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to strategically craft and drive project execution with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals.
- Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
- Ability to embrace change as the role evolves

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
