Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Designer (Creative) to join our dynamic design team. As a Digital Designer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating visually stunning and engaging digital assets. This designer will work on the Demand Generation creative team, reporting to our broader Events & Experiences team within the Marketing organization. This role will play an integral part in driving registration and enabling customers attending our events. You will produce and oversee digital creative solutions for Salesforce's events portfolio, including our flagship event, Dreamforce, alongside a vast multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of creative design solutions from conception to delivery. These design solutions will find their way into a wide range of channels, including web, social media, display campaigns, Salesforce+ (our proprietary streaming service), and more
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop visual concepts and produce high-quality work
  • Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and outside vendors and agencies
  • Liaise with marketing, program management, and other creative team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Present work to leadership and execs
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects
  • Develop and maintain style guides and other necessary documentation for enabling other designers and teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
  • Complete required internal training, certifications, and workshops.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a growth mindset and ability to see opportunities and solutions when presented with challenges
  • You have an eye for graphic design and typography
  • Proven skills in creating impactful and compelling digital experiences
  • Adept in user experience principles
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, and trends
  • Display a strong understanding of current digital design best practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with WordPress and other digital platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $152,900.
