Job Description:
The Digital Designer will support the production of best-in class digital creative content for the growing retail brand TK Maxx within TJX Europe, part of the Global Retail Company TJX, Inc.
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for digital experiences, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

They'll primarily focus on designing for our website & app, but will also support across email campaigns, digital advertising banners and social commerce content. A key part of your role will also be assisting the Creative Managerswith the Figma migration-helping to organize, recreate, and maintain assets as we transition into a new design workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual assets for TK Maxx's Ecommerce sites & app pages, landing pages, editorial content, emails and digital advertising banners
- Support the Creative Manager in creating new components, layouts and templates
- Collaborate with the Creative Manager to support the transition from Adobe XD to Figma including:
- Moving existing templates from XD into Figma
- Working with components to create responsive templates
- Help to manage our Creative Brand Libraries in Figma
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect digital experiences.
- Maintain and update digital assets in an organized, scalable manner.
- Innovate and maintain up to date knowledge of E-commerce, eCRM marketing, social media and motion graphic trends.
- Participate in brain-storming sessions,contributing creative ideas and suggestions to design projects.
- Work closely with the Creative manager to ensure all assets are in-line with the current campaigns and brand guidelines
- Puts the brand and customer at the heart of the creative development process.
Team and Relationship Management
- Actively participate in the Ecommerce creative team meets, communicate well and work towards a right first-time approach.
- To create a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the E-commerce creative team.
- Self-motivated and manage daily tasks to ensure work is delivered on time.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the TJX Ecommerce & Marketing teams and business functions to help facilitate the TJX omni-channel vision.
Requirements:
- GraduateDesign professional with qualifications in Digital design or similar
- Experience in using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, XD, After Effects & Illustrator
- 3+ years industry experience
- Strong creative flair and passion for design, fashion, photography & digital communication
- Basic retouching and a good artworking skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital design role (internships and freelance work count).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma, with a willingness to learn more advanced features.
- Understanding of design for web (UX/UI principles, responsive design, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital work, particularly for web and marketing
- Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Ability to create and deliver to tight deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with design systems or contributing to UI libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects/Premiere).
