Salesforce is seeking an enthusiastic marketing campaign manager to help grow the Salesforce brand awareness and pipeline for the Korean Market.

As a marketing campaign manager, you'll collaborate closely with our senior sales stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that target LoB(Line of Business) audiences like Sales, Marketing, Commerce, and IT. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in, taking responsibility for their programs' success, communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders and meeting deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Campaign

  • Partner with senior sales leaders and experts in their field to create and execute various campaigns tailored towards specific accounts or target audiences.
  • Lead and manage the marketing campaigns for our salesforce generated events throughout the year, working with the relevant sales teams and providing logistical support pre-event and on the day of the event, where needed.
  • Oversee, manage and advise on sales-led initiatives with the goal of delivering consistently best-in-class campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
  • Help develop the marketing strategy for our main products, including creating new and innovative campaigns which can be scaled across the wider territories as best practice.
  • Help deliver double digit growth in marketing driven pipeline in FY26 across defined programs in the remit of this role.
  • Define, track, and analyse events and campaigns performance metrics to monitor and improve performance, including liaising with other teams to identify and segment target data sets in order to optimize our campaigns.
  • For specific product lines, you will plan and execute demand generation campaigns focused on content and digital channels/tactics, establishing and sharing best practices within the team.

General

  • Manage projects in a collaborative and extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Manage external agencies and budgets to meet the KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams in JPKT(Japan, Korea, and Taiwan) or at Headquarters and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs.
  • Understand Salesforce's DNA, brand, and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to innovation and best practice.
  • Regular communication and best practice exchange with JPKT and HQ counterparts.

Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B business, ideally at a consultancy or large B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to drive impact based on a deep understanding of market trends, business priorities, and our Corporate strategy on both global and local levels.
  • Substantial experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve enterprise results.
  • Excellent presentation skills (in English as well).
  • Positive attitude and a hearty appetite for hyper growth.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and good doer/team player mindset.
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Salesforce's strategy. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Think out of the box.
  • Self learner.
