Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Executives across the entire sales process, evaluating sales opportunities by considering customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding
- Quickly establish trust with the client's IT team and C-Level executives at our potential clients
- Showcase how MuleSoft's Integration & Hyper-automation Platform can revolutionise IT through demos, whiteboards and presentations
- Help drive selling at scale by running webinars, workshops and other events across the region
What you will achieve:
3 months:
- Attain MuleSoft Developer certification
- Successfully complete MuleSoft's SE training program
- Enhance your architectural problem-solving and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and role-playing customer scenarios
- Engage with Account Executives and your peers, shadowing customer calls and engagements
6 months:
- Assemble all the skills of a successful SE by closing deals
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning and strategy
- Take ownership of technical sales from start to finish for a range of opportunities
- Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to the client's business outcome, technical requirements and audience
- Develop and present custom demos based on customer needs or industry trends
- Support marketing through evangelism activities such as participating in demo-driven webinars, and speaking at industry events, among others
What you'll need to be successful:
- Prior experience in enterprise software Pre-Sales, ideally in the SMB segment
- Proficiency in quickly building trust with clients and the ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the sales process
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, etc.
- A passion for technology and the ability to translate that passion into tangible business benefits for customers
- Proficiency in leading workshops, webinars and other customer-facing engagements
- Ability to demo and present a technical solution aligned with customer outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel as required within the EMEA region and to maintain flexibility regarding working hours
- Fluency in an additional European language is essential
What could also help you in the role:
- Knowledge of middleware, integration architecture patterns, microservices, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, BPM, RPA, etc.
- Proficient in hands-on development, coding, and API design
- Track record of creating custom demos
- Business fluency in Spanish is a preference
