The Data + AI Consumption Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and leaders (across sales, service, product, solution engineering, and other relevant business teams) as well as senior client contacts (C-level executives, directors, etc.). This role is focused on providing deep domain expertise on Data and AI consumption within client organizations, helping clients realize the full potential of these technologies to achieve business transformation. The specialist will work closely with clients to identify key business drivers, demo our Data and AI capabilities and develop actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Discovery: Analyze complex business challenges using Data and AI insights. Provide strategic recommendations that integrate AI and Data solutions, enabling clients to achieve their business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Lead workshops with clients to evaluate their business strategies and align them with Data and AI opportunities. Facilitate consensus across key stakeholders on the strategic implementation of AI and Data solutions, and create actionable roadmaps that drive innovation, growth, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams (e.g., solutions architects, customer success, sales) to align AI and Data solutions with client needs. Communicate the value of Data and AI technologies to clients, fostering a shared understanding of how these solutions can streamline their operations and support their strategic goals. Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication of value propositions and successful execution of business cases.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor on Data and AI strategies. Guide clients through the entire lifecycle of adopting AI and Data solutions, ensuring that the transformation process delivers measurable business value. Continuously support clients to maximize the impact of Data and AI within their operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven industry/professional experience, ideally in pre-sales consulting, management consulting, or a similarly role within a complex selling environment focused on Data and AI.
  • Proven experience of the Salesforce platform. Deep understanding and strong knowledge of the Salesforce AI / Agentforce product suite and platform. Knowledge of related applications, the AI landscape, and other cloud technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and propose actionable AI and Data strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience conveying complex AI and Data concepts to senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in AI or Data-focused consulting or similar roles in a complex, client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with business transformation through the adoption of AI and Data solutions.
  • Experience in developing new business opportunities by driving AI and Data consumption and growth.
