Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) とは、お客様の経営層や意思決定者と少人数で対話し、お客様の将来像とSalesforce が果たす役割を共に描くプログラムであり、SIC & Executive Engagementチームがこのプログラムを運営しています。本プログラムは、Salesforceがお客様にとって信頼できるビジネスパートナーであると認識してもらうこと、商談を創出• 拡大• 加速することを目的に、営業チームにて積極的に活用されています。

ミーティング当日は、お客様に弊社オフィス内に設けられたSICプログラム専用のフロアへお越しいただき、非日常的な空間、期待を超える"おもてなし"を提供しています。SICはグローバルで統一されたプログラムであり、サンフランシスコ、ニューヨーク、ロンドン、パリなど主要都市で展開しています。本ポジションは日本のSICチーム、東京勤務の募集となります。

Role Description

本ポジションでは、お客様と営業チームの双方の期待を叶える対話の場をデザインし、実現する役割を担います。具体的には、営業チームからのリクエストを起点に営業と密に連携し、戦略的なアジェンダの設計、SICミーティングに参加する社内エキスパートの調整、当日の体験設計までを一貫してリードします。
単なる調整役ではなく「お客様の期待を超えて、心を動かす体験をつくること」がミッションです。

主な業務内容

• アジェンダの設計
  
  
  • お客様のビジネス概要、事業戦略（中期計画やビジョン）、ご参加者の経歴• 関心事項をリサーチ
  • 営業からのヒアリングを通じて、お客様の期待と営業担当者の狙いを正しく理解し、最適なアジェンダを設計
  • アジェンダに沿って社内のエキスパートをアレンジ
• SICミーティングの準備• 調整
  
  
  • ミーティング当日に向けて、関係者と適切なタイミングでの打合せを調整
  • 社内エキスパートがカバーすべき内容を明確に伝え、コンテンツの質を担保する
• イベントSICの企画• 実施
  
  
  • Salesforce 主催の大型イベントにて、経営層や意思決定者向けの特別な対話空間を企画• 運営
• 全社への情報発信
  
  
  • SIC で提供された新しいコンテンツや成功事例、グローバルSICでの最新動向を全社に共有し、ナレッジを蓄積• 展開する

Basic Requirement/Experience

• お客様の経営層、エグゼクティブと折衝• コミュニケーションを行った経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントを通じて、複数の関係者を巻き込み、高い成果へと導いた経験
• IT業界のトレンドやSalesforce内外の最新テクノロジーに対する好奇心、学び続ける姿勢
• 日本語：ネイティブ、英語：ビジネスレベル（日常的にグローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが発生します）
• 高いホスピタリティマインド、お客様に"おもてなし"を演出する熱意や気配り

Preferred Requirement/Experience

• 経営コンサルティング経験：1年以上
• Salesforceを活用した業務経験
