We are hiring for an AI Specialist GTM Leader within the Salesforce Professional Services AMERS Data & AI Practice team.
Our team is passionate about delivering Salesforce's premier AI and data product offerings to ensure customers get the most value from the Salesforce Platform. We help customers accelerate their path to value by leveraging Salesforce's cutting-edge AI technology and strategic roadmaps. The Practices AI Specialist GTM Leader plays a crucial role in positioning AI & Data solutions that deliver fast-time-to-value, while charting the path for our customer's to become a full agentic organization on the Salesforce platform.
You will have the ability to position Data Cloud & Agentforce solutions on varied business problems across different industries, while understanding business objectives, managing client expectations and communicating the value our Services effectively. You'll serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to some of the company's largest and most complex enterprise customers. You'll be a passionate, strategic services GTM specialist with exceptional enterprise, commercial and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of GTM Specialists on the following activities:
* Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry areas which align with our business goals
* Forecast accurately, build a pipeline and progress opportunities
* Ensure year over year growth in overall services bookings and revenues for your territory
* Continuously explore opportunities with existing customers regarding 'add on' services
* Partner and build strong relationships with License Sales and Core Salesforce Professional Services counterparts to educate on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings
* Engage customers, including C-Level , using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor relationship
* Use industry expertise and business insight to understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes
* Work closely with our delivery team to position, scope, schedule, and resource service engagements
* Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformative solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer's investment
* Follow internal methodologies and standardized approaches and seek to continuously improve them based on experience
Meet team Services KSOs (Key Strategic Objectives), including individual & team utilization and individual & team Services bookings influenced
Coach & mentor other GTM Specialists on AI product/capability expertise and specialist selling approaches
Flexibility to travel across other North American locations
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or higher
10-15 years experience, encompassing the following:
* Working with Data & AI tools to solve real business problems
* Strong background and understanding of Core Salesforce products, with a clear PoV on how data & AI enhance our Core Salesforce Solutions
* Credible experience in a GTM role (E.g. Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager)
* A credible background in a consultative role, with a strong understanding of consumption sales, technology and how software services fits into the overall sales process.
* Experience working with stakeholders to understand and achieve business goals using data
* Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects ($M+)
* Demonstrated ability to lead client interactions and communications
* Highly collaborative, team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, unpredictable environment
The following skills would also be a plus:
Demonstrated experience with Agentforce
Demonstrated experience with Data Cloud
Exemplary communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to problem solve creatively and learn quickly
Strong understanding and command of the English language including written, analytical and verbal communication skills
Willingness to help out wherever needed
Quality Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $343,400.
For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $287,200.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $315,900.
For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $315,900.
For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $315,900.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $343,400.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $287,200.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $315,900.
For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $287,200.
For New Jersey based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $343,400.
For Vermont based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $287,200.
For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $315,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
