Join a prestigious Triple 5 Star/AAA Diamond Resort known for its unparalleled luxury and sophistication. We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced In-Room Dining Supervisor to uphold our F&B culture and vision in accordance with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the in-room dining outlet, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
- Maintain a visible presence in the department during service, soliciting and noting feedback from guests/customers.
- Manage staff effectively, overseeing all daily outlet operations and providing necessary guidance and support.
- Assist the In-Room Dining Manager with administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth operation of the department.
- Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure they remain within budgeted parameters for the respective area.

Additional Duties Include:
- Circulate in the department regularly, checking with service staff and telephone attendants to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring all issues are appropriately handled.
- Supervise the setup and maintenance of the in-room dining area, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- Maintain control over the organization of in-room dining orders and verify the setup of all trays before service.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in an upscale hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues diplomatically and efficiently.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
