Summary:
Our interiors Response Center (IRC) in the Philippines is looking for a qualified front line technical representative for Night Shift. This customer facing role acts as the interface between the customer and our product support engineering teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Works on complex problems where analysis of the situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Ensure all technical request are documented and routed to the appropriate business unit.
- Troubleshoots technical inquiries received, using available data.
- Communicates customers priorities and collaborate with business unit product support engineering for efficient solution.
- Must be able to work Night shift schedules including holidays and weekends.
- Analyzes and interprets general professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
- Supports airline customers and MRO's with technical expertise resolving performance issues for all Collins Aerospace Interior products.
- Troubleshoots technical inquiries received via phone call and/or email using available data primarily through Team Center to resolve the issue.
- Supports airline operators using available tech data and on-line tools like Team Center to resolve problems.
- Communicates customers' priorities and collaborate with business unit product support engineering for efficient resolution.
- Assists with major damage assessment and temporary repair development in the field
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Analyzes and interprets general professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings/3D models
- Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layout
- Read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications
- Write comprehensive reports, documents and correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ATA chapters
- Team Center
