POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an e-Commerce Conversion Manager, who will be responsible for optimising lead generation and e-commerce conversion. This is the perfect opportunity to join us if you have a passion for Data, Analytics & E-commerce and you are enthusiastic about providing actionable insights to improve our users' experience and digital sales performance. We are looking for candidates in Monaco, however we will also accept applicants from London, UK.

As the e-Commerce Conversion Manager, you are responsible for optimising the conversion rate (CR). This means that you optimise the processes that lead to a successful conversion of web traffic into sales leads and online cruise transactions through the e-Commerce funnel. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is needed to achieve this, in particular teams responsible for digital media, email marketing, content and social media, in order to optimise each conversion path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key conversion points in the e-commerce funnel on Silversea.com.
  • Increase e-commerce funnel efficiencies from lead generation to e-commerce funnel abandonment and transaction check-out completion.
  • Manage and optimise landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • Manage A/B tests and continually measure and optimize the performance of CTAs.
  • Maintain and share e-Commerce dashboards and business intelligence reports to enable an ongoing testing, learning and improvement cycle.
  • Optimise traffic conversion paths.
  • Optimise digital performance campaign across subchannels to maximize leads and digital sales production.
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for the Direct sales team.
  • Accountability for optimizing the efficiency of the digital media campaigns based on the assigned budget, with specific reference to bottom-of the funnel campaigns and performance media spend, like retargeting, SEM (approx. $10-12M on a yearly basis).

Job Requirements and/or Qualifications expected

Education and experience:
  • Equivalent experience in optimization of digital performance/conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Equivalent e-Commerce marketing experience, within a fast paced, data centric, analytically driven environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in an OTA or travel company preferred.
  • Equivalent experience with web analytics tools required. Knowledge of tools (ex. Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Target) for A/B testing.
  • Proven knowledge and practical use of Google Analytics and G4.
  • Experience of collating data through online surveys, online feedback, session recordings, heatmap, scroll-map, etc) in order to collect insights for improvements.
  • Expert level experience with Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, statistical analysis).
  • Business understanding of UX/UI requirements.
