Rockstar New England is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Workplace Manager. The ideal candidate will help to provide key management of the studio’s day-to-day operation and facilities services.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s newly renovated game development studio in Andover, MA
WHAT WE DO
- The Rockstar Workplace Services Team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.
- We foster a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.
- We manage and develop a variety of programs and services, including space management, building maintenance, security, cleaning and project management.
- We ensure the site complies with all relevant regulations and legislation.
- We partner with senior leadership to drive efficient practices, sound operational plans, and to standardize the development of programs and services across global regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day Workplace operations of the office. Coordinate services and trades such as repairs and maintenance, food/beverage program, plants, janitorial, furniture, security, etc.
- Support the global WPS Project team to execute fit-outs, renovations and construction.
- Lead onsite Health & Safety Program by ensuring all fire/life safety inspections and local requirements are current.
- Oversee vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Ensure that the terms of all MSAs and SOWs are being met by suppliers.
- Track operational budget and prepare variance reports. Process POs and payments. Audit rent invoices.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and maintaining Landlord/Property Management relationship.
- Maintain internal ticketing system and ensure SLA’s are met.
- Space management – keeping floorplans up to date, planning and executing all moves.
- Manage and maintain onsite physical security – guards, cameras and badge readers.
- Oversee the food and beverage program and help coordinate special events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years Professional experience in real estate/workplace services/facilities/property management.
- Possess a basic understanding of office systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing) and ability to talk to trades about needs and problem solving.
- Experience with work order ticketing, project management, financial and space management software tools
- Basic knowledge of reading architectural drawings.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning for operational/capital expenses
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Experience with general light maintenance and repair tasks.
- Experience working in a development environment

- IFMA qualification.
- OSHA Safety training or equivalent.
