Rockstar is seeking a Lead Producer to join our Digital Marketing Team, leading the creation and launch of our highest profile digital content and championing optimizations to our processes and collaboration.

We are looking for a project leader that thrives at bringing loose concepts to life with creatives, can win buy-in when pitching bold and ambitious work to leaders across the company, and partner effectively with technical teams to bring these concepts to life under inflexible deadlines. Candidates must have extensive experience managing high-profile, technically innovative, and creative web projects, delivered on-time, and meeting the highest standards of quality.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Games Digital Marketing Team creates digital experiences that help fuel the reach and impact of our brand and deepen players’ relationship and engagement with our innovative products.
  • Our team leads a range of customer-facing projects that include (but are not limited to) websites, social, and other digital marketing and engagement experiences.
  • We grow and evolve the tools, features and solutions relied upon by teams across the company to achieve their goals on digital channels like web.
  • Our producers foster the processes and collaboration that enable marketing, product, creative, and publishing teams to deliver their best work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confidently lead the creation of innovative interactive technology and content on web, from early ideation to launch
  • Communicate and present high-profile work to leadership and stakeholders
  • Establishing new systems, processes, and tools that can help improve team efficiency and grow our ambition
  • Strengthen our team with proactive mentorship and skill development of junior producers
  • Learn the Rockstar brand to uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10+ years producer/project management experience bringing complex digital experiences to life on web or other scaled interactive contexts
  • BA/BS degree

SKILLS

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you are equally comfortable presenting to executive leadership as you are collaborating with technical teams
  • Craft effective project milestones and timelines for initiatives, tracking and securing extensive deliverables and creative assets from numerous teams
  • Leading productive ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate impactful creative concepts and features
  • Adapt quickly into fast-paced production environments and implement meaningful optimizations into how we work
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, leveraging experience to ensure high quality projects are delivered on-time
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Asana, Jira etc.)

PLUSES

  • Avid gamer with a passion for Rockstar Games titles
  • Previous experience working in gaming, entertainment, or another creative industry
  • Working knowledge of design tools like Figma/Figjam and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
