About Corporate Engineering
Corporate Engineering at Roblox enhances workforce effectiveness and experience through technology, striving for efficiency and satisfaction.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Engineering, the Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating complex projects that enhance internal tools and processes. This role serves as a crucial link, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. From inception to successful adoption, the Program Manager will guide projects, ultimately elevating the technological experience for all Roblox employees. This position will work cross-functionally not only within the Corporate Engineering domain but also with partner teams such as engineering, security, facilities, and human resources.
You Will:
- Lead full lifecycle programs and projects within Corporate Engineering.
- Define project scope and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively.
- Track KPIs, reporting progress to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant, high-quality project delivery.
- Champion user adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior ICs and leaders to manage and communicate project status.
- Engage stakeholders to understand project oversight challenges.
- Develop processes for streamlined project management, communication, and risk identification.
- Communicate weekly status updates on critical efforts.
- Identify and address at-risk programs or escalate issues.
- Enhance team efficiency in executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

You Have:
- Proven program/project management experience, preferably in corporate IT or engineering, focusing on non-technical initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging all stakeholder levels.
- Ability to influence and build consensus.
- Proficiency in project management tools/methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in change management and user adoption.
- Understanding of business operations and enterprise technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
