We’re looking for a Short Term Planning Analyst to help us run the adventurous and business needs of the Workforce Optimization Department at Robinhood. This role will be responsible for performance of the staffing plan from 1-90 days. Responsibilities include interval level attainment, short term schedule effectiveness, capacity schedule optimization, business continuity planning. Workforce Optimization is a partnership forward organization. Partner will facilitate success in cross functional partnerships across Robinhood.

What you’ll do
- Manage shift bidding, swaps (Shift Marketplace), and time-off requests to maintain flexibility
- Optimize agent shrinkage events on schedules in coordination with operations leaders
- Optimizes the allocation of the agent resources in network within 90-days of event timing
- Coordinate and manage surge response in accordance with surge playbooks
- Ensure schedule compliance with labor laws and service partner contractual agreements
- Complete root-cause analysis to quantify reasons for SLA performance, and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness across related workforce departments
- Monitor daily BPO site performance to ensure optimal staffing alignment to vendor hour requirements and respond to real-time issues
- Help with the integration and implementation of new call center technologies and new business units leveraging existing technologies
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in workforce planning
- Passion for driving organizational change, with collaboration in mind. Finding solutions that move all of our cross functional partners forward
- Experience in WFM solutions ( Aspect, Calabrio, Assembeled, or Nice )
- Ability to articulately present analytics insights and make recommendations to leadership
- Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.
