THE ROLE:  

As a Customer Enablement Manager at RevenueWell, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our suite of products and services. Your role will involve facilitating seamless transitions from the sales phase to implementation and renewal, while also developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to empower customers. You'll play a pivotal role in gathering feedback, providing personalized guidance, and driving product adoption to support our customers' success. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

  • Support seamless transitions from the sales phase to implementation to renewal by implementing processes that prioritize education, enablement, and usage of key features and services. 

  • Manage and nurture customer community engagement, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among users. 

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel training programs to empower customers with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our products and services. 

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate customers on best practices, new features, and updates. 

  • Develop educational videos demonstrating product features, best practices, and troubleshooting tips. 

  • Produce comprehensive documentation and guides to help customers maximize the value of our solutions. 

  • Craft engaging email communications to provide product updates, tips, and resources to customers. 

  • Proactively gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement in our content and documentation. 

  • Continuously update and maintain internal knowledge bases, documentation, and resources to support customer enablement efforts 

  • Utilize customer insights to inform product enhancements and improvements. 

  • Understand customer business goals, challenges, and requirements to provide personalized guidance and strategic recommendations. 

  • Proactively monitor customer health and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for increased adoption and value realization. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. 

  • Strong understanding of customer enablement best practices, including onboarding, training, and adoption strategies. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely to customers and cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
