Make Your Mark:

BlackLine is seeking an exceptional Solutions Consultant to serve as a Solutions Consultant Enablement Program Manager (SCPM). The SCPM will be a primary driver of skills enhancement for the global Pre-Sales organization. The SCPM will develop, deliver, and evaluate scalable, world-class learning solutions for new hire onboarding, skill enhancement workshops for existing team members, product training, targeted coaching and peer mentorship, organizational events, and new business initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and have strong presentation skills.

You'll Get To:

  • Create and execute a Pre-Sales Enablement plan in coordination with Sales Enablement
  • Develop and deliver training for new Pre-Sales Consultants during the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement on new hire sales training
  • Collaborate with the MDM team and SC org to update and maintain the demo scripts
  • Participate in and provide coaching during new hire demo evaluations
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales leadership to mentor new Pre-sales Team Members
  • Support the effort to certify all SCs and SC Leaders on value demos
  • In collaboration with our shared services team, conduct thoughtful needs analysis for new initiatives and translate business needs into high impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance
  • Partner with shared services to evaluate programs, assess learners' performance, measure impact, and drive iteration of enablement programs based on feedback and results
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Product organization
  • Develop updated content, training, and enablement resources for new product releases
  • Coordinate and facilitate enablement sessions for the annual SC Summit
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Customer Team, Strategic Innovation Team, and AMO
  • Curate training solutions for skills enhancement initiatives better served with external resources
  • Keep up to date with current trends in Sales Enablement
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 7+ years marketing experience, preferably B2B with a technology or software company
  • Marketing campaigns or programs management experience, experience using Project Management applications like Asana, Basecamp, etc.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills; you drive collaboration and make projects and teams work more effectively by providing standard tools, structure and process. Manage timelines and deliverables and raise issues as they arise.
  • History of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing campaigns (including digital, email, direct mail, events, webinars, etc.).
  • Must have the proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously.
  • Project management skills with experience driving deliverables with multiple entities.
  • Understanding of Personas and the modern-day buyer's journey and digital marketing techniques and technologies LinkedIn, Google, Content Syndication, (including marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo), etc. Prefer hands-on experience working with marketing automation and reporting systems Bizable/SFDC.
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of content marketing best practices across the buyer's journey, how to leverage content across multiple marketing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude and passion to learn.

  • Years of Experience in Related Field: 2+ years of experience as an enterprise level Solutions Consultant directly serving customers in a B2B Finance SaaS organization or equivalent experience as presales enablement professional

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent work experience

    Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Understanding of accounting and finance concepts and terminology
    • Strong presentation skills with expertise in Demo2Win methodology
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize significant amounts of information from multiple sources, with the ability to convert sophisticated technical information into accessible and meaningful information
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
    • Ability to work successfully with both on-site and virtual teams
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively across the organization
    • Fast learner with a creative approach to problem solving
    • Ability to work in fast paced, team-focused environment
    • Adaptable with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
    • Resourceful, with superb attention to detail
    • Ability to execute with little supervision

Salary Range:

USD $98,000.00 - USD $131,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
