About the position:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue by optimizing merchant partnerships across our network of loyalty shopping programs. This is a consultative sales role responsible for meeting both internal and external objectives through negotiating paid media placements and commission increases.

Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and optimize existing affiliate merchant partnerships
- Negotiate paid media and commission increases with merchants across our client programs to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitch and close
- Analyze merchant performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Hold regular check-ins and business reviews with strategic partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential new revenue opportunities
- Work with internal teams to ensure merchants, agencies and affiliate networks are delivering accurate and timely information
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills - dissect and determine root causes of problems and propose solutions
- Professional, bright, and customer-focused
- Sense of humor and a great attitude
- Previous experience working in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years relevant work experience in online marketing/retail/e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree
