Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key financial leader in the organization responsible for financial analysis and reporting. This will include, but not be limited to, providing analytics and business partnership to Business Leaders that impacts financial results, including analysis and financial models related to:
Responsibilities
- Budgeting & forecasting processes.
- Variance analysis, including recommendations of key focus areas for business. partners moving forward.
- Financial oversight of the capital budgeting and spending processes.
- Inventory Management.
- Reporting and analytics related to KPIs.
- Other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will work at the Tucson office at least 3 days per week.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills including advanced Excel skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree.
- Professional Accounting Certification (CPA preferred).
