Radware is looking for a Head of Data Science to join our Cloud Native Protector team in the CTO office.
The Cloud Native Protector is a cutting-edge Cloud-native security solution for comprehensive protection of public Cloud environments against Cloud threats and attacks.
The core of our solutions is the ability to detect early cyber-attacks on the cloud environment. We do that using AI, which analyzes huge amount of data from cloud logs and other sources.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Data Science that strives to create impact and take our AI to its next level.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of data scientists - set the goals, guide the research, and direct the development towards successful incorporation within the product
- Hands-on leader, who contributes to the team's work and the AI research
- Developing the strategy and roadmap for the AI of the company
- Building effective ML development environment and processes
- Working closely with other stake-holders to achieve the goals (Development, Backend, Security Researchers, and Product Management)

- 5+ years' experience in Machine Learning and AI, and in delivering AI models to production
- 2+ years' experience in leading Data Science teams
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with data science packages (Scikit and PyTorch/ TensorFlow)
- Experience with Big Data environments (e.g., pySpark)
- Deep Learning experience, preferably for NLP for Tabular data
- Experience in the cyber security domain - an advantage
- Good inter-communication skills
- Innovative and determined
