The Director, Global MarTech Omni Channel Operations role is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the performance, scalability and innovation of our global marketing operations. This role owns the operations and optimisation of omni-channel marketing programs – spanning email, video, webinars, and sales engagement platforms – with a focus on delivering high ROI, accelerating pipeline growth and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead the development of processes, automations, analytics and technology orchestration that power seamless customer and prospect journeys. They will work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify and implement innovations across the MarTech stack, ensuring that our marketing channels are not only measurable and efficient, but also aligned with evolving business priorities.

 

This leader will work across marketing, sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams to design orchestrations that align to the full buyer and customer journey, harness the power of automation and AI, and elevate the role of marketing technologies in driving business outcomes. Our tech stack includes but is not limited to integrations with our CRM, marketing automations, lead routing and assignment, sales prospecting and engagement, chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Design and implement omni-channel orchestrations that span the full buyer journey – connecting chat, email, video, webinars, content hubs, and sales engagement tools to create consistent, timely, and personalised experiences
  • Partner with marketing leadership to drive the adoption and optimisation of customer journey orchestration across multiple channels and lifecycle stages.

 

  • Lead the development of scalable campaign frameworks to enable marketing teams to launch omni-channel programs efficiently while maintaining brand and messaging consistency
  • Optimise lead flow and engagement pathways by aligning programs with our lead lifecycle, scoring models and account-based strategies – ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, relevant and conversion-driven
  • Collaborate with MarTech SMEs to ensure seamless integration across the stack enabling real-time data capture, orchestration and reporting that inform campaign performance and next-best actions
  • Establish governance standards and channel-specific best practices for message cadence, frequency, segmentation, deliverability and compliance, ensuring a frictionless user experience and strong brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and scale AI use cases that enhance personalisation, content delivery and operational efficiency across the MarTech stack
  • Leverage data across different marketing channels to uncover trends, optimise campaigns, improve targeting, segmentation and personalisation
  • Ensure data governance, compliance and alignment with global privacy regulations
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing technology and operations professionals

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, MarTech, or digital transformation, with 3–5 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Proven experience designing and managing omni-channel programs across email, video, webinars, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM (e.g. SFDC), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, ON24, Vidyard), and journey orchestration tools.
  • Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI and automation within marketing and sales workflows.
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing operations processes that improve productivity, campaign velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 144,580.00USD MIN 180,730.00 USDMAX per year. This position is eligible for a bonus of 20% under the Company’s corporate bonus plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
