Talent Measurement Specialist - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Measurement (TM) Specialist role will sit directly on the Talent Measurement & Insights team, as part of the broader Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Measurement & Insights, the TM Specialist is responsible for managing the execution of high priority programs and initiatives such as Leadership Assessments, Executive Coaching, Pipeline development, and Associate Listening and Insights programs, projects, processes, and initiatives (herein, "Programs"). The TM Specialist will contribute to Program design, research, development, execution, and measurement. This includes tracking all the related activities; managing associated vendor relationships, contracting, and invoicing; serve as an administrator for supporting systems and platforms, and project management and communication planning activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Programs
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of Global Talent Management processes and initiatives by analyzing data (e.g., ANOVA, multiple regression, etc.), identifying trends, and providing innovative feedback and/or modifications as needed to support employee development, engagement, and growth
  • Manage project plans, administration, communication, and sustainability of program and initiatives
  • Support the execution and administration of high touch, high priority programs and initiatives such as the Executive Leadership Assessment, 360 Feedback process, Enterprise Critical Roles, and Associate Listening and Insights support.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand clients' needs, develop value-add actionable solutions, tools, and resources, and provide consultation and guidance on talent management initiatives according to industry and academic best practices
  • Support the overall execution of the Global Talent Management team's strategic priorities which may include: developing and updating materials, assisting with design of processes, and providing insights on best practices
  • Utilize large scale data sets for system integration or statistical analysis using spreadsheet or database software (e.g., R, Excel).
  • Serve as the primary administrator for all talent assessment, engagement, and measurement platforms
  • Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, including intake, onboarding into PVH systems, contracting, invoicing, and other administrative support
  • Establish and maintain relationships across the PVH brands, functions, and geographies, including global talent development peers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or related subspecialties in a corporate environment (experience in a matrixed organization preferred), and/or human capital consulting
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience with psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan)
  • Background and proficiency in statistics
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Experience with Workday/HRIS systems a plus
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field strongly preferred

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
