Job Summary

As the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy. This strategy will not only elevate our brand but also safeguard our reputation across various platforms. You will be the driving force behind promoting our mission, goals, and business objectives both internally and externally, crafting a narrative that resonates with stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of innovative communication strategies that align with our corporate objectives and amplify our brand voice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and internal stakeholders, leveraging these partnerships to enhance our corporate visibility.
  • Spearhead the development of engaging content, including videos, graphics, and stories, that showcase our company culture and achievements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in corporate communications, providing strategic advice and tactical execution of communication initiatives.
  • Champion our brand as a premier employer through compelling narratives and content that highlight our workplace culture and employee successes.
  • Develop and oversee a robust metrics system to track the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt as needed.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism or a related field

Required Knowledge/Skillsets

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in media relations, corporate communications, or journalism.
  • Proven leadership in developing and implementing successful corporate communication and media strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others.
  • Exceptional ability in storytelling, content creation, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with digital and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional travel requirements
