Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Pulte Financial Services, you'll be an integral part of our small, in-house marketing team responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve tangible and measurable results across multiple web-based platforms. We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven creative who is comfortable multi-tasking and collaborating with various stakeholders and departments throughout the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with comprehensive understanding of integrated digital marketing disciplines-including SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist with the development and execution of end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Plan and execute an effective SEO strategy that increases targeted, organic traffic to our websites, landing pages and blog.
  • Report, track and analyze KPIs from our various marketing verticals throughout the customer journey-including email, website, social media, and search engines-while providing recommended improvement opportunities to our content and campaigns.
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, and click-through rates) and leveraging UTM creation with consistent naming conventions.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, drive customer engagement and retention, and support our sales funnel objectives.
  • A/B test various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, copy, images, etc.) to optimize performance and drive higher engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize automated, omni-channel campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Specialist to develop monthly social media content and create visual assets-including social media imagery, videos, presentation decks, and more.
  • Assist with the creation of ad hoc marketing collateral to support the business and our field/sales operations, including presentations, flyers, digital graphics, etc.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar discipline preferred.

PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

  • Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Web-based social media/marketing/design programs - Canva, Sprout Social, Yext, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • In-depth ability and experience creating, executing, managing, and analyzing Twilio/SendGrid email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS) platform. (WordPress or similar)
  • Working knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to use and create analytical reports in web-based tools. (Google Analytics or similar)
  • Basic graphic design and multimedia abilities with a portfolio of previous work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a proven track-record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively translate complicated concepts into simple and understandable communications.
  • Knowledge and previous experience marketing in mortgage, financial services and homebuilding industries preferred.
  • Bonus points for video creation and/or editing experience.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending upon experience.

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
