This position supports the execution and coordination of all engagement program work, it reports to the VP, Partner Integration and Engagement and is a hybrid role out of in our Newark, New Jersey HQ

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your experience and proven skills to serve as the driving force behind the success of key engagement programs that IS seeks to accomplish. Day to day, you will align engagements with goals, execute detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across stakeholder audiences.

The successful candidate will form and maintain strong relationships across the unit and successfully network. You will keep engagements on schedule and within scope and budget, working toward high efficiencies and execution excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Help to determine and define engagement scope and objectives
  • Utilize resources to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed schedules and work plans
  • Provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain contracts with vendors/suppliers
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire engagement activation
  • Monitor progress and adjusting as needed
  • Contribute to measurement of performance and helping to identify areas for improvement

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of event management, administration or related experience
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technology
  • Experience seeing engagements through the full life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72,900.00 to $108,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
  • Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
