The Global business-to-business (B2B) payment market is in the range of USD 120 trillion. Most of it happens on non-card rails, representing a tremendous growth opportunity. An opportunity that expands beyond payments, covering the full broadness of Mastercards' Solutions and Services.

Are you ready to take on the challenge of expanding the corporate sales footprint and helping drive our Northern Europe corporate sales strategy across nine markets? This role is all about unlocking new growth opportunities, expanding Mastercard's footprint in the corporate sector, delivering innovative payment solutions to new and existing clients, and working with partners. You'll support in promoting Mastercard's flow value proposition, bringing cutting-edge products and services to corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Co-develop and execute a regional sales & Go to market strategy for the corporate clients segment and partners
• Define possible partnership framework, assess regional partners, and accelerate efforts to drive incremental B2B volumes across the regions
• Manage the corporate sales pipeline for the Northern Europe markets; discipline in managing sales cycles and accurately predicting revenue
• Leverage data-driven insights to position Mastercard's offerings as the go-to payment solutions for corporate customers
• Collaborate with internal teams including MPS, CSC, Services Sales, Marketing, and the full R&C team to build a robust go-to-market strategy for corporate solutions
• Liaise with regional product & services sales within Northern Europe to drive corporate segment opportunities
• Collaborate with the Northern Europe Customer Solution Center for complex solutions
• Collaborate with the MPS commercial teams in Norway and Denmark to increase the share of wallets across the division
• This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple areas

What do you bring:
• Tenacity and perseverance in helping grow the corporate client segment in Northern Europe
• An analytical mindset combined with a commercial drive
• You take a strategic, solution-oriented approach, identifying key challenges and turning them into opportunities
• Understanding client pain points (business and technical) and offering tailored payment solutions rather than pushing products
• Experienced and knowledgeable in the payment space, preferably B2B/corporate payments and embedded payments
• Ability to work independently and own the outcome
• Background in business development, sales, customer success, and or go-to-market strategy execution
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Fluency in English and more languages is highly preferable
