What you will do

  • Partner with Jennison's existing client base across EMEA and Asia with the aim to deepen relationships by delivering high quality, best-in-class client service;
  • Establish, maintain and execute client service processes and workflows with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables;
  • Pre-empt and proactively address any issues with client deliverables in coordination with Jennison subject matter experts.
  • Identify and address issues) that could jeopardize the relationship. This includes the determination and assignment of Business At Risk ranking, and communication of that ranking and action plan.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely responses to recurring and ad-hoc client requests;
  • Manage client onboarding, transition, termination and changes/updates to guidelines or agreement.
  • Maintain client specific information in Jennison's CRM system, real time. maintaining the team's opportunity pipeline, detailed status reports and creating/updating a variety of other reports.
  • Support with RFPs/RFIs/DDQs;
  • Support Jennison's strategic partnerships in the distribution of Jennison's products across specialized vehicles channels and geographies.

What you will bring

  • Experience in the UK and/or globally in three or more of the following areas: direct client service; direct relationship management; investment report or commentary writing; working with or supporting sales and investment teams; working in investment operations
  • Strong work ethic required with a proven willingness to be very flexible in one's approach
  • A proven ability to manage a wide range of issues to help clients, working with investment professionals, investment operations, legal and compliance as necessary
  • Solid product knowledge across a range of Equity products
  • Client centric mindset, and a proven track record of excellent retention
  • Ability to assess and anticipate current and future client needs and effectively drive priorities forward
  • Solid business judgement, with a passion for fostering internal and external relationships and upholding the integrity of the firm
  • Ability to work in a small office serving as client service support for many team members who travel globally
