Location Requirement: This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role is required to go into our office at least one day a week.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Recruiter/Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all recruiting activities in the Philippines, owning full-cycle recruitment while also managing and mentoring a small team of recruiters. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse, capable of sourcing top-tier talent while building scalable recruitment practices tailored to the local market. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the Philippine talent landscape, a passion for hiring excellence, and a proven ability to lead a team.


Your responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for roles across technical, business, and operational functions in the PH (and help with US based roles as needed).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a high bar of talent aligned with company values and business needs.
  • Negotiate complex compensation conversations with candidates and hiring managers, and secure high candidate offer acceptance rate of 85%+.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage and coach a small team of recruiters, fostering performance, growth, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set and monitor recruiting goals (time-to-fill, pipeline quality, close ratio, diversity metrics, etc.) and report regularly to leadership.
  • Build and optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and documentation for efficiency and scalability.
  • Establish a “best in class” talent brand for the Philippine market to attract top tier candidates.

Market Expertise & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the in-house expert on the Philippine talent market, staying on top of hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on recruiting practices, interview frameworks, and decision making.
  • Represent the company in local employer branding initiatives, talent events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record recruiting in the Philippine market is required.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a talent acquisition team is required.
  • Proven experience hiring across a wide range of roles (Tech, Ops, G&A) and levels (entry level to leadership).
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong "closing" experience with candidates with a proven track record of high offer acceptance rates.
  • Passionate about leading/coaching/managing other team members within Talent Acquisition to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing Recruiting Goals and Reporting.
  • Experience working with an ATS is a must (Greenhouse is ideal). Experience with Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Experience working at a Startup/Tech company is a huge plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
