As a Workplace Occupancy Planner within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in New York City, NY.

As a Realty Services Workplace Occupancy Planner based in PNC's New York City office, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day space needs for the broader Northeast portfolio including seat assignments, moves, communications, and minor modifications to ensure efficient use of space and support a positive employee experience. This role requires fostering strong relationships with senior leaders and key business partners to understand team requirements and respond to evolving business needs. The Occupancy Planner will monitor data and business requests to ensure local needs are met while aligning with broader Corporate Workplace space management standards to enhance operational efficiency. Clear communication and change management practices are key to succeed in this role.

Job Description
  • Updates drawings and relevant information within PNC computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system - Tririga. Oversees and maintains their portfolio.
  • Creates floorplan test fits based on requests from real estate planning lead. Works with Property Managers and other partners to appropriately interpret floor plan changes. Works with manager to perform quality assurance review of data housed in CAFM system and assures architectural industry quality standards for documents. References the library of typical floorplan components and space attributes. Understands importance of data points and be able to interpret at an intermediate level. Independently recognize possible building, floor, space, data issues and aid in troubleshooting.
  • Coordinates names to seats activities for specific buildings or initiatives. Provides guidance on seat assignment protocols and onboarding. Assists with responding and redirecting shared inbox inqueries for space and building needs. Occasionally works directly with business representatives to correct space allocations and seat assignments. Works with Operations leadership and property managers to improve their onboarding and moves process.
  • Receive and process move requests/projects within CAFM system. Process transactions workflows or project close outs to ensure data is well maintained. Supports the occupancy charge process, aligning space allocations and business charges.
  • Ensure vacated space is coded correctly. As requested, generates reports from CAFM system. Participates in special projects. Assists in building audits and improvement of data integrity.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $71,500.00 - $135,200.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
