What is the Role?

Place Exchange is seeking a Manager, Campaign Operations to join our Ad Operations team.  This individual will act as player coach to the existing Campaign Ops team.  

In this role you will oversee the success of Campaign Operations in ensuring timely campaign launches, proactively solving and preventing pre- and post-launch issues, prompt and comprehensive handling of inbound requests, training cross-functional teams on best practices, timely escalation and follow through to resolution, and creating and evolving processes and documentation. 

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader who has had success leading and collaborating with others, as well as executing as an individual contributor.  You have demonstrated success solving complex problems, leveraged tools to optimize workflows, operated in highly organized fashion, been an excellent empathetic communicator, and presented excellent follow through.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC HQ.  While expectations are one to four days in the office per month, in person attendance is very flexible.  This employee will be participating in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of Campaign Ops team, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of all inbound requests and proactive engagement where needed
  • Ongoing training and skill development of Campaign Ops team
  • Subject matter expertise on campaign execution within integrated Demand Side Platforms
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal peers across Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Create new and improve existing processes and workflows
  • Create new and update existing documentation

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Client Success or Ad Operations role where you were directly responsible for driving issues to resolution with external stakeholders 
  • Significant experience analyzing data; familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or SQL a major plus
  • Experience with programmatic media and Demand Side Platforms
  • Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation

For those based in New York City, the expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $90,000-$110,000, plus bonus (based on level and performance), and stock options.  Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers  as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position and the location of the candidate. A candidate’s compensation will be based on the role and level they are hired for, which may be different than the role they applied for.
