Technical Trainer - Highland Heights, OH
You have the opportunity to teach the next generation of IGTD field service engineers to learn to resolve technical issues with IGTD products to ensure continuity of care and availability of our solutions for patients!
Your role:
- Train and teach detailed technical knowledge of how to service, repair, and ensure integrated function of catheterization lab medical equipment
- Provide tailored and localized training for US-based and internationally-based field service engineers, ensuring equivalent quality and detail are provided to all global teams
- Tailor course material and approach to meet the needs of global field service engineers in different learning environments in order to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way

- You've acquired 4+ years of experience in related field
- A huge plus would be that you have skills include Medical device industry experience and expertise in the clinical use of imaging-based tools Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- Must possess in-depth technical knowledge of the catheterization lab equipment to be able to answer advanced technical questions from field service engineers
