The purpose of the Technical Trainer is to provide new hire and ongoing training as an astute subject matter expert to internal teams that request training on technical solutions. Training may be related to software, hardware, or programs. This role will also assist with creating and updating customer facing technical webinars in conjunction with the Product Management team. This role will provide new-hire technical training to Product Support Teams, Customer Service teams and other areas of the business as needed. This role will also act as a next level escalation point for support teams.
Your role:
- Primarily responsible for supporting the Product Support teams, Customer Solutions Teams, other SRC Teams, and Philips SRC customer base.
- Partner with team members, Product Support, Product Management, and field marketing in developing and delivering training to support the sales and support of all SRC product offerings.
- Assist in Database and HL7 Installations and training.
- Develop SRC Product training curriculum and perform online training with internal and external customers of varying size, structure, and experience.
- Perform live remote and/or on-site Product Training to both Product Support and Customer Solutions Teams and other SRC teams
- Develop and provide continuous improvement to curriculum and train all new Product Support Representatives
- Feed into the product development cycle by attending Weekly Core Meetings, Tiger Team meetings, and Quality Meetings. Utilize interaction with clients to drive improvements in the features and functionality within SRC Product Line as well as the services we provide.
- Act as an escalation point for support teams

- 3+ years experience specializing in Product Support, Help Desk Support, or Customer Service preferred.
- IT Certificates/ degree preferred
- Database and HL7 Installation experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
