You'll be responsible for leading the clinical delivery of DI/IGT (Diagnostic Imaging/Imaging Guided Therapy) education for our customers in the Central Zone. You will be providing basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics.

* For this opening, we are seeking candidates in the greater Atlanta area but will consider those in the greater Indianapolis (IN), Minneapolis, (MN), and Louisville (KY) areas as well.

Your Role

• Deliver engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training
• Take care to ensure site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service and CPM teams Provide the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication.
• Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Continually and Effectively communicate project status, issues and delays with internal teams and build communication among learners, encouraging collaboration.
• Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality. Advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
• Works on problems of a diverse scope.
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
• You are a road warrior! This job involves 75% travel throughout Zone and occasionally Nationally, as needed. May require night and weekend coverage on occasion.

• You've acquired at least 5 years of Cath or IR clinical experience.
• MUST: Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) ( current credential to be considered)
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular interventional radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional radiography (CI), Vascular interventional radiography (VI) OR RCIS OR the ability to obtain that advanced certification within the first year of employment, is required.
• You have your Certificate or Associate's Degree. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification is also preferred.
• We strongly prefer you have experience as clinical preceptor providing education.
• You are customer service focused! You have the ability to customers' education needs and are able to create learning objectives based on those needs.
• You have effective communication skills - verbal and written, time management and organizational skills.
• You have proficient computer skills
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
• You possess a valid driver's license
• This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests
