Enterprise IDN Consultant, Virtual Care (Cambridge, MA)

Enterprise Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Consultants are responsible for leading workstreams and engagements, and translating IDN Care at Home needs into project tasks and deliverables. They serve as engagement managers and key liaisons between customer-facing members across Philips, Ambulatory Virtual Care (AVC) Leadership team members, and our customer stakeholders.

Your role:

  • Develop business strategies to support customers using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop value propositions, solution models, and deal models, partnering with AVC and Monitoring stakeholders to drive win-win approaches to IDN and Health System challenges in population and at home care delivery.
  • Manage and motivate workstreams and teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, ensuring flawless delivery to Enterprise customers.
  • Develop, manage, and mentor team members on what "good" looks like in enterprise engagements; high Net Promotor Score (NPS) and client satisfaction.

  • You've acquired a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience; OR a graduate degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Your skills include:
    • Experience managing business strategy for healthcare firms in the provider or payer space. This can come from prior consulting work or direct experience in healthcare.
    • Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities in customer engagements.
    • Ability to build and deliver executive-level content and credible financial and business models.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You have a strong executive presence, with the ability to engage the appropriate level of detail per your audience. You're a strong communicator and listener with effective organization, presentation, and time management skills. You have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
  • Travel estimated approximately 25-50% of the time.
