Sales Leader, Business Development - IDN Team (ECG Solutions)

The Sales Leader for the BDM's is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities of the BDM's while reporting directly to the AM&D Emerging Market Sales Leader. This role involves managing a BDM team of sales representatives that drive enterprise sales in IDN's and drive overall IDN revenue through the One Philips Solution, while building and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Leader will manage and coach the BDM team to promote and sell ECG Solutions diagnostic services to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Your role:
  • Primary responsibility: manage and lead the national team of BDM's to differentiate the ECG Solutions technology through a value proposition and to strategically align with Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions to become an E2E solution in IDN's.
  • Collaborate with sales management and field marketing to ensure the appropriate strategies and sales approaches are being implemented.
  • Be responsible for achieving individual and team targets, assist in all talent acquisition and development activities within team, and drive the knowledge base and value proposition of ECG Solutions within the broader Philips organization.
  • Collaborate within Philips leadership to drive collaboration to execute on the One Philips Solution to drive enhanced Sales Effectiveness and overall engagement.
  • Communicate overall strategy with all stake holders in ECG Solutions including AVP's and RSD's.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and AOP planning with immediate management team.
You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of being an individual contributor in sales and leading a sales team successfully.
  • Your skills include: demonstrated people management skills, IDN sales experience, experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth.
  • You have a BS/BA level degree or higher in a technical, healthcare or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience selling into IDN accounts that are making top/down decisions.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $232,000 to $327,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here .
