Your role:

  • As a Customer Service Specialist-Social Media on the Patient Support Team, you will serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, primarily monitoring and replying to first-party social media channels as well as answering emails and phone calls ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You will support patients by investigating and resolving issues and complaints and ensure compliance with quality documentation.

  • You have 2+ years' experience in customer service and call center environments and experience with social media platforms.
  • You are proficient in using MS Windows, internet browsers (Edge, Chrome), Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams,) and can troubleshoot internet/Wi-Fi, VPN, and other technology independently.
  • You have an Associate's degree or relevant training/background experience, possessing excellent English language verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You have flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Weekends and holidays will be required on an alternating basis for this position.

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.20 to $27, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA or Colorado Springs, CO.
